DEPOSIT |
Security
Deposit is required on all rentals. Security Deposits
will be returned six weeks after the end of the
lease period.. All deposit money is deposited
into the Aspen Leaf Realty Escrow account. Please
Note – Deposit does not guarantee
an apartment until a lease is fully executed.
Security deposit is refunded six weeks after departure. |
CONDO
ASSOCIATION FEES |
An
application to the Homeowner’s Association,
along with the nonrefundable $50.00 application
fee, will be required of each tenant. The application
form and payment instructions are sent with the
lease. Renewal fee is subject to Condominium Association
Rules. |
TAXES |
All
leases for less than sx months are subcect to
6.5% Florida Sales Tax and 5% County Tourist Tax,
totaling 11.5% of the lease amount. Taxes are
subject to change without notice. |
UTILITIES |
Each
rental includes basic cable television service,
electricity (up to a reasonable maximum), and
LOCAL telephone service only. IMPORTANT: All apartment
owners have toll blocks on their telephone service.
You MUST use your personal telephone calling card
to make any toll calls or long-distance calls
while in the apartment. |
HOUSEKEEPING |
Condos
are cleaned prior to arrival and after departure.
Tenant is responsible to maintain the apartment
during the lease period. Washer/dryer and vacuum
are provided in the apartment. Housekeeping minimum
fee is deducted from tenant's Security Deposit
upon departure. |
FURNISHINGS |
ALL
CONDOS are furnished with dishes, flatware, pots
and pans, all linens, washer/dryer, coffee makers,
toaster and/or toaster oven. All rentals include
swimming privileges at one of the heated pools. |
